Providing the Services
The offices open 8.45am to 5pm five days a week. All fee earners and support staff have voicemail and e-mail. There is ground floor accommodation which affords easy access for elderly, infirm or physically disabled people.
Whenever necessary, arrangements can be made for clients to be seen in their own homes, hospitals or nursing homes.
Each fee earner has support staff who are familiar with the file and who will usually be able to give information to the client if the fee earner is out of the office or unavailable. Our case management software gives up-to-date desktop information about any case at the touch of a button.
Clients are free to telephone or make contact for information at any time.
We appreciate that we operate in a constantly changing social and professional environment. We will adapt to those changes by creating a sound base from which we will operate in tomorrow's world.
Our staff is the most important component within the practice to enable us to respond to change and to progress with us.
